TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ENTITIES

For the purposes of all documentation on this website the entities 'Catherine Hughes', 'Cat Hughes', 'CatHughesXO', 'CH|XO', 'CHXO' or similar refer to one and the same entity.

The entities referred to as 'you', 'customer', 'client', 'purchaser', 'buyer', 'attendee', 'patron', 'member', or similar refer to anyone who makes a makes use of this website, it's services or content in any way, no matter to what extent they make use of this website or the services solicited from it's use. This is includes but is not limited to: making purchases, accessing content, making enquiries or other communication, viewing content and media, booking or taking part in appointments, classes, or masterclasses, or in any way soliciting the services or offerings of CH|XO or this website.

2. PURCHASE OF ACCESS TO DIGITAL CONTENT (ONLINE COURSES)

Payments made to the entities 'CatHughes|XO' and/or 'Catherine Hughes' (hereby referred to as 'CHXO') for the provision of access to digital content on this website, are non-refundable.

Purchases are made at the risk of the purchaser.

Strictly NO REFUNDS are available for all Online Courses.

No guarantees or assurances are made as to quality, content, or any other condition of the digital content provided.

Upon any future cessation of member and/or online access to products purchased, customer who have purchased online courses or products will be given the opportunity to download a permanent copy of said products for future use limited to their own private use and not to be resold or otherwise displayed for non-private use. Downloadable media/products will be made available either by direct email or from a download link/location for a limited time but no less than 14 days. After this nominated period products CHXO will no longer provide remote access to these products and cannot guarantee that products will be made available to for customers who have not taken action to secure ownership of their product.

3. PAYMENT METHODS (FOR ALL PURCHASES AND SERVICES)


We aim to provide the customer with a secure, trusted, and efficient means of paying for digital services/content. The options of PayPal, Square and Stripe for online payments are available depending on product. Should you have any concerns or queries regarding these payment methods, please use our contact form here.

Unless otherwise specified all payment amounts are in Australian Dollars.

4. SERVICES

Services offered by CH|XO are done so in the interest of providing the customer with products, services, experiences, or education.

CH|XO offers no guarantee that any products, services, experiences, or education are suitable for any particular individual or group, and that ultimately the decision to undertake any of the aforementioned offerings is at the risk of the customer. The customer acknowledges that proper research and inquiry should be performed to ensure that the offerings made by CH|XO are suitable for the customer.

The services offered by CH|XO include but are not limited to: 1-ON-1 Classes, Masterclasses, and Business Coaching. These services are booked on an availability only basis, and are not guaranteed to be available or on offer at any time. These services may be offered or withdrawn at any time without notice at the discretion of CH|XO.

The pricing, structure, and terms and conditions of these services may be altered at any time at the discretion of CH|XO without notice.

5. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE / CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

All services require full payment upon booking. Bookings for services are made online via our third-party booking system, and will be confirmed by CH|XO as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of payment and acknowledging appointment/booking/seat.

Strictly NO REFUNDS are available for all Services — 1-ON-1 Classes, Masterclasses, Business Coaching Calls, and future services, unless required by Australian consumer law.

Cancellation of services may attract partial refund on a per service basis. See following item numbers for policies on individual services.

6. BUSINESS MENTORING — CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Changes to booking time or date can be requested no later than 48hrs prior to scheduled booking time.

CH|XO does not offer re-scheduled or make-up bookings for missed appointments/bookings.

If for any reason CATHUGHES|XO is unable to fulfill the booked appointment it will be re-scheduled to another agreed time between CH|XO and the customer. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible ahead of the booking if this occurs.

Strictly NO REFUNDS are available for Business Mentoring service, including for missed appointments/bookings.

7. 1-ON-1 CLASSES

A $200(AU) deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable is required to secure all bookings.

Balance payment (cleared) is required no later than 48hrs prior to booking time, otherwise appointment may be forfeited at the discretion of CHXO in the interest of other customers

Changes to booking time or date can be requested no later than 48hrs prior to scheduled booking time.

CH|XO does not offer re-scheduled or make-up bookings for missed appointments/bookings.

If for any reason CATHUGHES|XO is unable to fulfill the booked appointment it will be re-scheduled to another agreed time between CH|XO and the customer. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible ahead of the booking if this occurs.

Strictly NO REFUNDS are available for 1-ON-1 Classes, including for missed appointments/bookings.

8. WORKSHOPS — CANCELLATIONS

Workshop bookings are non-refundable.

Workshop bookings may be transferred to another person with 48 hours notice or more with the approval of CATHUGHES|XO. Full details of the transferee must be provided.

If for any reason CATHUGHES|XO is unable to fulfill the booked workshop it it will be re-scheduled to another date. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible ahead of the booking if this occurs.

9. BUSINESS COACHING AND MENTORSHIP PACKAGES

Business coaching services offered are performed via a video or audio link via 'Zoom conferencing' or other format agreed to by CH|XO.

I have a strict non-refundable and non-transferable policy on all Packages and Online services.

Customers who purchase a Mentorship package of 3 or 5 sessions, are required to complete all sessions within 3 weeks (3 sessions) or 5 weeks (5 sessions) respectively, beginning from the date of the first booked appointment (not payment date). After this time unless by agreement with CH|XO any remaining sessions will be forfeited without refund.

Customers must make full payment for packages before booking first appointment which must be scheduled within 2 weeks of payment — thereafter appointments will be made by mutual agreement within the aforementioned timeframe.

The package inclusions begin from the date of the first appointment. This includes but is not limited to the scheduled bookings, website, social media support, email and messaging support.

Customers using this service are required to be willing to make use of CH|XO agreed third party software and programs in order to facilitate online communication to complete the service.

No refunds will be offered if customers refuse or are unable to utilise required software or have difficulties using specified software and/or apps to make Mentoring video/audio communication possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that for the allotted booking time you have a stable internet connection, and have all required and appropriate technology and software in place, installed, updated and functional before commencement of each Business Mentoring Call.
PRIVACY POLICY

10. YOUR INFORMATION

We aim to collect a minimum of amount of information from customers to ensure your privacy is protected. Some information is required to ensure authorised payments can be verified with our host Weebly and third-party merchants such as, but not limited to, PayPal and Stripe.

We will collect information such as, but not limited to, your Name, email address and phone number. This information is obtained primarily in order to effect authorised payments. In addition, your email address will be used to identify and differentiate you as a customer. Your email address may be used to notify you of promotions, content releases and other notifications which we may have reason to believe will be of interest to you as a result of your purchases or other contact made by engaging in the use of this website.

Your information is also collected to facilitate appointment booking. This is to verify your identity and to prevent fraud or errors in bookings. Your contact information will also be used to contact you for any communication regarding appointments,bookings, classes, and coaching, be they online or in-person based.
