DO you charge a travel fee?

I charge based on time and KM’s. My minimum travel fee starts from $50. Please fill out your enquiry form, and I will then be able to give you an accurate quote



DO you charge AN EARLY START FEE?

Yes. An early morning start fee of $80 will be applied for bookings before 6.30am.



WHEN SHOULD i book a trial?

I recommend booking your trial 2-3 months before your wedding day. It is important that your trial take place when your hair is in a similar condition to how it will be on the day of your wedding ie. length, colour, etc. You may book a trial before paying your deposit, but please keep in mind, I cannot hold dates.



What is covered in my trial?

Firstly, we will chat about your wedding and discuss your overall style/theme for the day.

After a thorough consultation, we will trial one style. Once the style is completed and you are happy with the end result, I will take photos from all angles to use as a reference.

Please allow 1.5 hrs for your trial appointment.



where will my trial be?

Trials are held at my home salon in Mernda, VIC. Due to being located at a residential property, we will send out the address the week of your appointment.



can i bring someone along to my trial?

I kindly ask that the bride be the only one attending the trial appointment. This is an important time for me to completely focus on the bride and to gather each bride’s individual requirements without external influence. If this causes any specific concerns please contact me to discuss options.



can i try 2 hairstyles at my trial?

Sorry, I only offer 1 style per Bridal trial.
Every hairstyle requires different prepping, therefore the 2nd trial may not be true to style.
We can organise another date if you would like to trial a 2nd style. Standard trial price applies.



how do i book my wedding day?

Please fill out our online enquiry form, making sure all fields are filled as accurately as possible. Once your quote is sent and you would like to book, you can book by paying a deposit via bank transfer.



how much is the deposit and how does it work?

To secure your date, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $200 applies.
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final balance.



when do i pay my final balance amount?

Your final balance is due 2 weeks prior to the date via bank transfer, or you may pay cash on the day upon arrival.



how should i prepare my hair for the wedding day?

Please wash and blow-dry your hair the night before the big day:

2 very thorough shampoos, making sure underneath is not missed. Condition and rinse well. I recommend you avoid moisturising treatments the week of your wedding.
A running order will be prepared 1 week prior to the wedding in order to ensure a smooth schedule on the day and to co-ordinate with make-up artists.
